Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Readersmode Heating & Air wants everyone to be able to use readersmode.lat, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the site usable for as many people as we can. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To support accessibility, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people get around the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
If Something Is Hard to Use
You can still get help when part of the site gives you trouble. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@readersmode.lat and we will do our part to help.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@readersmode.lat and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you were using, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always a Work in Progress
Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
